Celebrating Marnock Volunteers

The Gardens Trust Historic Landscape Volunteering Celebrations in September 2023 were an opportunity to mark the contributions of many volunteers to the Marnock project.

Co-organiser Jill Sinclair gave a presentation acknowledging the enthusiasm and expertise provided by people from the Gardens Trust, county gardens trusts, Friends groups, parks departments, universities, local history societies and elsewhere.

A formal evaluation report is currently being assembled, which will share information about the project, the lessons learnt and examples of the research, ideas and initiatives contributed by volunteers around the country.
