Creative Health Workshop: Illustrate Animals in ink and watercolour

Discover links between art, nature, health and wellbeing and put them in practice with a Chartered Psychologist and illustrator.

Dr Irina Brearley will help you explore these links in practice by depicting a domesticated fibre animal of your choice (Angora rabbit, cashmere goat or alpaca) in ink and watercolour. As part of the workshop you will have the chance to evaluate the effect of the experience on your wellbeing and have a say on the acceptability of the process.
