Theatre in the Gardens

Bring low backed seating, picnic, extra clothing and escape to the atmospheric and beautiful setting of Sheffield Botanical Gardens to experience magical tales of intrigue and passion.

Heartbreak Productions have toured nationally for 25 years and are considered one of the ground breakers in outdoor theatre. Their shows shine a light on the classics from a new perspective and their style is ever adaptable and always high quality. Ultimately, they aim to tell stories that inspire, entertain, challenge and help us come to a better understanding of human beings and how we can live together.

Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice” is on Thursday 21st – Friday 22nd June. “Much Ado About Nothing” by William Shakespeare is scheduled for Thursday 26th July – Friday 27th July. “The Railway Children” by Edith Nesbit is scheduled on Saturday 28th July – Sunday 30th with “The Midnight Gang” by David Walliams on Saturday 4th August – Sunday 5th August 2018.
