(link to external site: opens in a new window)

The Gardens are located on the Western side of Sheffield, one mile from the city centre. Entrance is free.

The Gardens are undergoing a major restoration costing £6.69 million. An award of £5.06 million from the Heritage Lottery Fund Urban Parks Programme has been granted to the Gardens and we are now the only Botanical Gardens in the country undertaking a complete garden restoration. This grant is only possible if matched with a further 25% raised by the Gardens through fundraising and sponsorship.

We hope you enjoy your visit.
