Sheffield Botanical Gardens
Sheffield Botanical Gardens are one mile southwest of the city centre. The main entrance is on Clarkehouse Road, just along from the Hallamshire Hospital. There are also entrances at Botanical Road and Thompson Road which is off Ecclesall Road.
Please note : If coming to the Thompson Road Entrance, the postcode is S11 8RB.
Travelling to the Gardens and Parking
By public transport:
There are regular buses from the city centre to the Gardens both to Clarkehouse Road and Ecclesall Road.

Park and Ride:
There are several Park and Ride facilities throughout the city. Timetables are on www.travelsouthyorkshire.com/parkandridesheffield/
The Hallamshire Hospital is a 10-minute walk.
Coaches can park on Clarkehouse Road near the main entrance.
There is NO parking inside the Gardens. Parking is possible along Clarkehouse Road and near to the Thompson Road entrance, although restrictions apply during peak times.
There are disabled parking spaces at the top of the Thompson Road entrance.
Cycling is not allowed inside the Gardens and cyclists are asked to dismount whilst in the Gardens.
